Your school environment is warm and caring.
But what happens when teens are out of the classroom?
A lot is going through your students’ minds – even the ones who aren’t outwardly acting out. But who can they reach out to? Principals, parents, homeroom teacher: if they know them, then they’ll know.
That’s why a non-community-based (but community-aligned) coach, mentor, or mashpia can be a lifeline to silently struggling students.
Letterbox gently helps break the inner cycle of silence, shame, and fear. Bringing problems out of students’ hearts and into the open can get them the help they need early on.
Whether they’re outwardly struggling or “ordinary” teens, send your students a care package that keeps getting delivered: that extra gift of emotional guidance to carry them through their journey to adulthood.

Meet our mentorship training program.
Each of our mentors is rigorously interviewed and hand-selected. We choose thoughtful, caring individuals who have backgrounds in mental health and teen support. Our mentors all come from diverse backgrounds, so schools can decide who will best uphold their communal values
Our training program, delivered by a licensed therapist, draws on proven IBCT (internet-delivered cognitive behavior therapy) techniques and evidence-based treatments. We teach mentors techniques like mindfulness, CBT, and ACT to diffuse negative thinking & empower students.
Our mentors use the same cognitive-behavioral techniques that
licensed therapists draw on in their work.
Stress. Sadness. Otherwise known as The Blues. Our mentors will equip students with coping techniques without aggravating symptoms – and they’re trained to make recommendations when they think licensed therapy is needed.

Even students who aren’t outwardly struggling can use a helping hand. Mentors can help students with common teenage troubles like grades, class attendance, body image, sleep troubles, future planning, and other check-ins.
